Terms & withdrawal

These terms are provided in English for your convenience. German law applies (see § 8).

Terms and conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all orders and requests via the website quantum-health.io operated by Ronny Welzel, Quantum Health IO, Voerder Str. 137, 46535 Dinslaken, Germany (“we”), by consumers, namely for (a) digital download products (audio files and PDF guides) and (b) the individual offers under § 9. Our offering is aimed at adults.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

For download products: the presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the button to place a paid order, you submit a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded once your payment is confirmed to us and we make the download available to you. For the individual offers, § 9 applies.

§ 3 Prices and payment

The prices shown in the shop at the time of your order apply. In both the German and the English shop you pay in euros. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG. Payment is made online on a secure payment page of our payment service provider using the payment methods offered there.

§ 4 Delivery of digital content

No physical goods are shipped. Once payment is confirmed, you automatically receive an email with the link to your personal download page. The link is valid for 14 days; you can download each file up to 5 times. Please save the files to your device after downloading. If a download does not work technically, we will provide the files again on request.

§ 5 Rights of use

With your purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the files for personal use. Passing on, publishing or commercial use is not permitted.

§ 6 Note on use

Our Strengthenings are support, not medical treatment. They do not replace a medical diagnosis or therapy and make no promise of healing. Please have health complaints checked by a doctor.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 8 Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

§ 9 Individual offers

(1) We offer: the Individual Quantum AI Strengthening, the Personally Recorded Strengthening and the Live Quantum Strengthening (online session). Current prices are shown on the respective offer page.

(2) Individual Quantum AI Strengthening: The contract is concluded once your payment is confirmed. We create the strengthening based on your details and, as a rule, provide it after approx. 24 hours as a download link (MP3 with and without music) by email.

(3) Personally Recorded Strengthening and online session: Your request is non-binding and free of charge. The contract is concluded when we confirm by email. Payment is made via the link in the confirmation. We deliver the personally recorded strengthening (MP3 without music) as a rule approx. 72 hours after payment via a download link. If we decline, no costs arise.

(4) Online session: It lasts approx. 30 minutes. We agree the time with you based on your suggestions. We send you the invitation to the online meeting (Zoom or Google Meet) by email. You can reschedule the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.

(5) Please only provide details that concern yourself and make sure they are correct. Details about your topic are voluntary; see the privacy policy for more.

(6) § 5 (Rights of use) and § 6 (Note on use) apply accordingly. Our offers are no substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ronny Welzel, Voerder Str. 137, 46535 Dinslaken, Germany, email: strengthening@quantum-health.io, phone: 0208 / 309 982 74) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. We obtain this consent and acknowledgement during the order process via a mandatory checkbox.

Special provisions for the individual offers

For the Individual Quantum AI Strengthening (digital content), the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you expressly consented and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. We obtain this consent in the order form.

For the Personally Recorded Strengthening and the online session (services), the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, if you previously expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal on full performance. We obtain this consent on the payment page after our confirmation. If you withdraw after we have begun at your request but before full performance, you owe us compensation for the service provided up to the withdrawal, in proportion to the agreed price.
